German cherry strudel

I read recently in the book "cuisine". Prepared. Dissatisfied were not available, so I decided to share this simple recipe with you.
Ingredients for German cherry strudel
- Puff pastry - 1 Pach.
- Cherry - 400 g
- Potato starch - 3 tsp.
- Flour - 50 g
- Sugar - 1/2 stack.
- Bread crumbs - 3 tbsp.
- Powdered sugar
Step by step instruction of cooking German cherry strudel

One layer of dough roll out, place in a baking tray, sprinkle evenly with breadcrumbs first, then starch (2 tsp)

In a blender beat cherry+sugar+1 tsp.starch.

Lay the filling on the dough, sprinkle 2 tsp of sugar.

Roll out the second layer, put on the first, cementing the edges. Then flatten with a fork, and in the middle of the strudel to make cross cuts the top layer of dough.

Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

When serving, cut into large chunks and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
