Ingredients for Puff pastry rolls with cream cheese and cottage cheese
- Puff pastry - 250 g
- Cheese - 120 g
- Butter - 75 g
- Walnuts - 1 tbsp
- Green onions - 15 g
- Curd - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Puff pastry rolls with cream cheese and cottage cheese

The baked rolls out of the oven. Cool them better gradually, laying on a wooden plate and covered with a towel.

Make cream: the softened butter RUB with "the Paris cow" and cheese. Add the chopped green onions and chopped walnuts. Do NOT add salt!

Fill the tubes with cream. I did this dessert with a spoon, no syringe or bag with a special nozzle for extruding the cream is not needed.
On top decorate with a piece of walnut and put in the fridge.
After an hour or so filling solidifies.
