Many people love and know how to cook this delicious dish made of flour, steamed. But in this post I want to reveal dough recipe, with which cooking mant turns into a long and tedious process. The dough is very easy rides, even to sooooo thin.
Ingredients for Manta
- Chicken egg - 1 piece

- Minced meat - 1 kg

Step by step instruction of cooking Manta
For starters, make dough: measure out three cups of flour (sift). In the glass, which measured out the flour add the egg, salt and vegetable oil. Mix everything thoroughly with a fork and continuing to stir, pour to the brim of warm (slightly hot) water.
