Very tasty and useful mayonnaise, and most importantly-no chemicals.
Ingredients for Mayonnaise from quail eggs
- Quail egg - 6 PCs
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Black pepper - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Lemon juice - 1.5 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Mayonnaise from quail eggs
1. In a blender put the quail eggs, mustard, salt, sugar, pepper.
2. Whisk at high speed for approximately 1 minute.
3. Pour the vegetable oil one teaspoon, then 1 tablespoon and at the end of the whipping with 2 tbsp.
4. In the finished mayonnaise, add lemon juice and mix thoroughly.
