- Potato starch - 50 g
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Butter - 80 g
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Powdered sugar - 100 g

- Green tea - 2 tbsp

Prepare all the ingredients!
Separate the whites from the yolks.
Beat the yolks with sugar (8 min).
Little by little add the potato starch, powdered green tea.
To add a lot of melted butter.
Whisk whites with a pinch of salt in a solid foam and carefully add to the mass with the yolks.
Grease a form with butter and sprinkle it with flour.
Pour the mass into the form and bake for 35-45 minutes at a temperature of 150 degrees.
To powdered sugar add 1-2 tbsp of water and 2 drops of dye.
