- Millet - 200 g
- Dried apricots - 100 g
- Butter - 30 g
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Sugar - 130 g
- Sour cream - 60 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Sunny baked millet with dried apricots
We will need: Millet "Mistral", apricots, butter, eggs, sugar, sour cream, vanilla sugar (if you like).
Boil millet "Mistral" in water until tender, raspravam in boiling water the dried apricots for 10 minutes, then finely chop it. When the millet is cooked, put it in a bowl, add butter, allow to cool a little and add to the millet dried apricots. Stir.
In another bowl mix eggs, sugar and sour cream.
Pour all the wheat with dried apricots and stir.
Pour into a baking pan and in a preheated 180 degree oven until Golden brown.
I baked it in a slow cooker for 1 hour 15 minutes.
