For making savory pilaf I used parboiled long grain rice of TM "Mistral".

Walnuts cut into pieces. Bulgarian pepper to clear of seeds and cut into strips. Chicken fillet cut into slices (instead of chicken you can use pork, however, in the ratio 1:1).
