Salad with ham, pumpkin and dumplings of couscous with cheese

This juicy, full-bodied salad will decorate any holiday table. Crunchy base with thin slices of ham and savory pumpkin, combined with delicate dumplings of couscous and cheese will not leave you indifferent.

Step by step instruction of cooking Salad with ham, pumpkin and dumplings of couscous with cheese

To cook the couscous.
2 tablespoons of couscous, pour boiling water, add 1 tbsp olive oil and cover with a lid for swelling.

Do "dumpling".
Mix 2 tablespoons of any cream cheese with finely chopped greens and 1 slice of sliced ham (I had ham) 2 tbsp. of prepared couscous.

Bake the pumpkin.

Slices of pumpkin cut into any size thickness of about 5-7 mm. Spread on parchment paper, generously grease them with olive oil (and extra to water), sprinkle with spices. I had French herbs.

Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.

Better if it is mixed salad leaves. Since I have one kind of salad, I added thinly sliced radishes.

Pour the sauce.
After baking the pumpkin was very tasty and aromatic oil. Drain it into a bowl (I had about 1 tbsp), add 1 tbsp olivkovoe oil and 1 tbsp of soy sauce. Optionally, you can add your favorite herbs. Mix and season salad.
