Ingredients for Roast Turkey with pepper sauce
- Chicken fillet - 600 g
- Black pepper
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Paprika sweet - 1 tbsp
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Broth - 125 ml
- Cream - 250 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Roast Turkey with pepper sauce
Slice the onion and chop the garlic cloves.
Meat Turkey breast cut into strips. Season with salt and pepper.
Fry chunks in hot fat.
Remove from the pan.
Stew in the same fat onions and garlic, sprinkle them with red pepper and flour, slightly to fry.
Pour mixture of broth and bring to a boil. Mix in the cream and boil the sauce on high heat until it thickens.
Add to sauce the meat.
Serve with Italian pasta.
