Ingredients for Millet casserole with cream blanket
- Millet - 1 Cup.
- Milk - 500 ml
- Water - 500 ml
- Butter - 100 g
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Raisins - 0,5 stack.
- Prunes - 0,5 stack.
- Dried apricots - 0,5 stack.
- Forest nuts - 0,5 stack.
- Vanilla sugar
- Cream - 1 Cup.
Step by step instruction of cooking Millet casserole with cream blanket
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Grits, wash and boil until semi tender (about 10-15 minutes) in salted (0.5 l) water. In half hot cooked grits, add the butter and mix thoroughly.
