- Wholegrain wheat flour - 200 g
- Yeast - 1/2 tsp.
- Water - 260 ml
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Honey - 1 tsp.
- Spices - 1/2 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Rye flour - 100 g
- Flour - 100 g

In a bowl sift the three kinds of flour, spices (coriander, cumin, nutmeg - all should fit in a half teaspoon), add the yeast and all stir well. This time I cooked without spices.
