- Chicken liver - 500-600 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 1-1,5 tbsp.
- Tomato paste - 1-1,5 tbsp.
- Sunflower oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Thyme
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken liver in creamy tomato sauce

Rinse the liver, cut into small pieces, removing unnecessary.

Onion finely chopped and half rings. Fry the onions in butter. Then add the liver. Fry, stirring occasionally, 10-15 minutes.
