Ingredients for Muhallebi
- Milk - 0.5 l
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla sugar - 5 g
- Sugar - 120-140 g
- Rice flour - 50-60 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Muhallebi

In a saucepan pour the cold milk, add rice flour, stir with a whisk.
Put on fire, constantly stir the milk with the flour.

When the milk will thicken slightly add sugar. Interfere with about minutes. Add vanilla, mix well. Remove from heat and pour into cups. Allow to cool at room temperature.
