- Fish fillets - 200 g
- Onion - 0,5 PCs
- Carrots - 1 Cup.
- Spices - 1,2 tsp.
- Tomato paste - 20 g
- Salt
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Tilapia with Provencal herbs

Onions chop and fry in olive oil, add grated carrot, tomato paste, salt, pepper, simmer until tender
