First, boil the beets. One beet fill with water, bring to a boil and cook for 40min. Then the water is drained and the beets fill with cold water, so leave it to cool down the beets.
½ tbsp. of lentils "Pardina" pour 1 Cup water, bring to a boil and cook for 25 min.
Both kinds of beets, raw and cooked, peel and grate.
Collect salad. In a bowl mix the grated beets and boiled lentils. Add lemon juice, salt, vegetable oil and nuts. Mix everything. The salad is ready.
