- Beef liver - 100 g
- Carrots - 0.5 PCs

Step by step instruction of cooking Dumplings with liver
Liver wash, cut into small pieces, carrots peeled, grate. Fry the liver in butter for 5 minutes, combine with carrots, add salt and mix well.
To prepare the dough from flour, eggs and water. Roll it and cut circles. Sculpt dumplings.
