Ingredients for Green salad with eggs-curry
- Lettuce - 1 Puig.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Mustard - 0.5 tsp.
- Orange - 1 piece
- Mint - 5 g
- Cream - 1 tbsp
- Curry - 0.5 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Pepper white
Step by step instruction of cooking Green salad with eggs-curry
Salad wash, dry. The eggs boil hard boiled, clean. Cut in half lengthwise, remove the yolks.
To the yolks add the cream, mustard, salt, pepper, curry. Stir with a fork until smooth.
With orange to cut the peel, remove the white walls. From the remains to squeeze out some juice. To prepare filling, mix orange juice, olive oil, salt, pepper.
If you use the young cabbage, just to break it a couple of leaves. If "adult", then cut into strips.
On a plate put the lettuce, cabbage, leaves of fresh mint. Arrange the orange segments. Pour with the dressing.
