Easy, delicious and beautiful salad. It will be a very nice addition to your menu on fast days or just for every day.
Ingredients for Moroccan salad
- Carrots - 3 PCs
- Beets - 1 piece
- Raisins - 1/2 stack.
- Paprika sweet - 1/2 tsp.
- Cumin - 1/4 tsp
- Cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Brown sugar - 1 tsp.
- Honey - 1 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Moroccan salad
Carrots and beets grate on a coarse grater.
Grated beets to put in a sieve and rinse well in cold water to the salad and then not turned beet red.
Then a little dry the beets with paper towels and add to the carrots.
There also add the raisins and stir.
Now prepare the salad dressing.
In a separate bowl, mix the paprika, cumin, cinnamon and salt
Then add the lemon juice, sugar and honey and stir until smooth.
Pour this sauce salad and mix well to and beets, and carrots was covered with a dressing.
Then leave at room temperature somewhere in 1 hour that the salad is well soaked.
When serving, sprinkle with mint leaves.
