Coconut Panna cotta with mango

Ingredients for Coconut Panna cotta with mango
- Coconut shavings
- Mango - 1 piece
- Powdered sugar - 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 4 tbsp
- Brown sugar - 4 tbsp
- Agar-agar - 3 g
- Coconut milk - 400 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Coconut Panna cotta with mango
Agar-agar soak in water until it swells. In coconut milk add brown sugar.
Bring mixture to a boil, add the soaked agar-agar, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes, remove from heat. Cool slightly and add lemon juice.
Pour into jelly moulds/cups/hundred Cana completely cooled, then put into the refrigerator.
Mango blend with a blender with the icing sugar and lemon juice.
Put the mango in glasses/cups with Panna cotta.
Sprinkle with coconut flakes.
