Ingredients for Fruit sushi
- Coconut milk - 250 ml
- Water - 100 ml
- Figure - 125 g
- Brown sugar - 80 g
- Kiwi - 2 PCs
- Pineapple - 150 g
- Coconut shavings - 40 g
- Vanilla - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Fruit sushi
Wash rice in several waters.
To the rice add water and coconut milk,
And the vanilla bean, cut lengthwise.
On the stove bring rice to a boil, then on low heat cook the rice for about 30 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove the vanilla and leave the rice to cool for about 2 hours.
