Prepare all products for the dish: 1 Cup of KIDNEY beans, 400 g fresh mushrooms, 1 onion, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2st. l vegetable oil, (salt, fresh ground black pepper - optional), 2st. L. chopped fresh green dill.

Soak beans in cold water for 4 hours, and preferably overnight.

Then fold in a colander, put in a saucepan, cover with cold water and cook for 10-15 minutes on high heat. Drain beans in a colander and rinse it under cold water.

Again put the beans in a pot, add 3 cups of boiling water and cook over low heat about 3-4 hours.

When the beans are almost ready, add the washed and chopped mushrooms and cook until cooked beans.

Peel and finely chop onion. Mix with finely chopped dill.

Drop the beans with the mushrooms in a colander to remove excess liquid, add the onions and dill and mix well while hot. Add the soy sauce and vegetable oil. Taste and add more sauce, salt and pepper, if necessary.
Hot this dish can be used as a side dish, but now we give it to cool slightly and serve as a snack.
Take the washed bell peppers, cut them in half vertically, remove seeds and fill with beans. Decorate with greens and serve.
