Ingredients for Ethnic salad
- Chickpeas - 400 g
- Ham - 100 g
- Raisins - 1 Gorst.
- Spinach - 300 g
- Red sweet pepper - 1 piece
- Lemon juice - 3 tbsp.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Black pepper
- Salt
Step by step instruction of cooking Ethnic salad

Boiled chickpeas washed.

Fresh spinach steamed with boiling water, wash and cut.
Frozen defrost and chop.

Raisins steamed in boiling water.

Ham cut into strips

Pepper cut into cubes

Cut onion into slices. If it tastes bitter - pour over boiling water and rinse in cold water.
