Step by step instruction of cooking Strudel with potatoes and sausage
First you have to boil the potatoes in their jackets in salted water for 10-15 mins Then peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices.
Cut sausages in half.
Roll out one layer of puff pastry size 35x30 cm and put it on a greased baking sheet or silicone Mat.
Now spread alternating potatoes and sausage, add seasonings to taste and, if necessary, salt.

Now close the strudel and brush with egg yolk.
Bake at 180*C for 30 minutes, maybe a little less, the strudel is ready when the surface becomes Golden. Be guided by your oven.
