Stew in Moldovan

This dish was prepared by a friend of my husband's from Russia, when he visited. We have slightly changed the recipe (there was also pasta) and now also cook this stew. It turns out delicious!
Ingredients for Stew in Moldovan
- Potatoes - 10 PCs
- Pork - 300 g
- Sausage - 6 PCs
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Sour cream - 2 l
- Flour - 2 l
- Black pepper
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Stew in Moldovan
Potatoes peeled, cut into fairly large slices and cook for 30 minutes.
While the potato is cooking, do the rest. Cut the meat into pieces (not too finely).
Fry the meat in vegetable oil on all sides until Golden brown, season with salt.
Sausages cut into circles.
Onions clear and finely chop.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil until transparent and light Golden brown.
Add to the onion cream. A bit put out. Salt.
Ready to serve the stew with salted or pickled cucumbers and tomatoes. You can mash the potatoes in the broth. Bon appetit!
