The recipe for this bread I found on an Italian cooking website. Only the edges of the "Stars" should not die, but, as my oven is small in size to make it not allows, turned a "zakluchenny y" bread, more like a flower. First, prepare the starter: mix the sifted flour, water and yeast

After 8-10 hours knead the dough. I knead yeast dough using the bread machine, but you can knead the dough in the usual way. In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm water, add raw yeast, leave for 5-10 minutes.
Then add the sifted flour, salt, softened butter, yeast.
Put the bucket in the bread machine and turn on the mode of kneading. The dough initially will be very tight, and then become a little softer.
After kneading the dough place in a bowl, cover with film.
Leave the dough in a warm place to increase in volume by 2-3 times.
Put the dough on the table, well Eminem.
Divide the dough into 9 equal parts.
Formed from pieces of dough balls, then each piece of dough roll out into an oval.
Turn the oval in the "roll" from the long side.

Weave six KOs. Do not tighten too tight dough.
Gently put the dough on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil.
Cover the dough with wrap and allow to rise in volume in 2 times.
Bake the bread in the oven first 10 minutes at 200 degrees, then at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes until Golden brown (depending on the characteristics of the oven). Bon appétit!
