The name "Pink" comes not from color but from an ingredient that is part of my mayonnaise - pepper pink berry scent which is spicy, with notes of tar, anise and menthol, and the taste is sweet, slightly peppery.
Ingredients for Mayonnaise "Pink"
- Vegetable oil - 300 ml
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Pepper pink - 40 PCs
- Pepper white - 20 PCs
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Vinegar essence - 1/3 tsp

It remains only to cool the mayonnaise.
