Prepare these bars very quickly. Definitely need to take along on a picnic. Especially should appeal to fans of salty pastry: delicate puff pastry with a delicate mustard flavor and salty upper crust.

- The dough is flaky unleavened - 500 g
- Mustard - 4 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Mac - to taste
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Mustard snack bars
Here are the products we need.
The dough is thawed, roll out to a thickness of 4-5 mm.
Half of the dough to grease with mustard and cover with second half of dough.
Beat the egg, add soy sauce and stir.
Coat the dough with the above sauce and sprinkle liberally with poppy seeds.
Cut into strips in width of 1-1,5 cm and put on a greased (or covered with baking paper) baking tray.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 min. Guided by your oven!
