I guess I won't be original by posting this recipe. But I'd like to remind you that from quite ordinary products quickly and without unnecessary financial costs to cook a very tasty and healthy dish. Which in hot or warm or cold, goes well with anything and will take a worthy place on your picnic! The recipe is outrageously simple! The main thing - to take more beets. It sets the tone and adds pungent sweetness to this vegetable cakes. Approximately take 1 part raw beet and 1 part any other available vegetables. I have a young squash instead of pumpkin, and even onions, carrots, peppers, eggplant and cabbage.
