Yogurt cake was prepared for the first time, as practice with gelatin I have recalculated with the fingers of one hand. All was the fact that at a family dinner needed a cake, but due to the fact that one family member does not like peanut cakes, chocolate second, and the third does not tolerate citrus... it was decided to do a light cake - yogurt! In my opinion, and not strange in the eyes of relatives of the cake was a success. Very fragrant, delicate and airy! Very strawberry. It is very pink. Very lavender! Bon appetit, AA.
Ingredients for Yoghurt and strawberry shortcake with lavender biscuits
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Powdered sugar - 85 g
- Flour - 100 g
- Baking powder (baking powder) - 1 tsp.
- Lavender - 2 tsp.
- Liqueur - 4 tsp.
- Yogurt - 650 g
- Strawberry - 240 g
- Gelatin - 15 g
- Water - 80 ml

-Beat eggs with icing sugar until light and smooth.
