Our ingredients are.
Peeled, sliced and boiled until soft (boil about 5-10 minutes after boiling water) the potatoes, put salt, pepper, and a half portion of grated cheese. Mix well. Add the egg.
Pour in the milk and stir again. A baking pan RUB with garlic, brush with oil (I do this for garlic mashed in a garlic press).
