For mushroom lovers, simple and very tasty recipe.
Ingredients for Mushroom schnitzel
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Corn flour
- Ginger - 1 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Mushroom schnitzel
Clean the mushrooms, cut off the stem. Rinse, well dry.
Make incisions on the pileus.
Mix soy sauce, ginger, grated on a grater, garlic, passed through press, allspice and pink pepper (pre-ground)
Marinate mushroom caps in the marinade. Leave for 15 minutes.
Lightly beat the eggs with a fork, to cook the flour.
Omit mushroom caps in the egg mixture, then into flour.
Fry in vegetable oil for about 2 minutes on each side, on medium heat, until Golden brown.
Schnitzels are ready sprinkle with chopped parsley.
To submit with vegetable salad.
