Very tender cake. The recipe is very easy and does not require any extra effort. Very like children.

Butter and flour to turn into crumbs. Add sugar, salt and one egg, spot the dough. Shape into a ball and put into the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Remove dough and lay on the molds. To put baked for 20-25 min.

Prepare the filling: milk and coconut in put on a slow fire and bring to a boil.

Now mix 1 egg, 1 yolk, the sugar and flour. Mix until a homogeneous mass. A thin stream pour the milk with the coconut, stirring occasionally. Again pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

In tartlette (still in the molds) to spread out the cream and put in the fridge for an hour.

Get tartlette and spread on top of bananas. Whisk the cream with 3 tbsp sugar and 2 tsp Spread on the cakes so that the banana slices were not visible. Decorate with confectionery powder, coconut, grated chocolate!
