Ingredients for Potato goulash with sausage
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Butter - 4 tbsp
- Paprika sweet - 2 tbsp
- Vinegar
- Broth - 1 l
- Bay leaf - 2 PCs
- Marjoram
- Cumin
- Black pepper
- Greens
- Onion - 3 PCs
- Sausages - 150 g
- Fat - 150 g
- Potatoes - 1 kg
Step by step instruction of cooking Potato goulash with sausage

Onions and garlic peel and chop. Podcherevok cut into small pieces.

Remove from heat, cool slightly. Add the paprika and vinegar. Pour all the broth. Season with Bay leaf, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper to taste.

Add the peeled and chopped cube potatoes and simmer the stew for about 30 minutes. If there is too much liquid, take out a few potato cubes to make mashed potatoes of them and return back to the goulash.

Sausages (I had boiled pig-beef), chop well and fry in 1 tbsp oil.

Add them to the stew shortly before the end of cooking.
Serve stew, garnished with sour cream and herbs.
