Ingredients for Fish pie
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Mayonnaise - 200 g
- Leavening agent - 1/2 the package.
- Flour - 7 tbsp
- Chicken egg - 5 PCs
- Salmon - 1 ban.
- Onion - 2 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Fish pie
Mix all the ingredients for the dough. The batter is the consistency of runny sour cream.
Make the stuffing.
Finely chop the onion and fry in small amount of vegetable oil. Fish drain, pull out the bones and mash with a fork. Eggs boiled and cut into cubes. Onion, eggs, and fish mix.
Lay out a baking sheet (I do in pan about the size of 30 by 20 , but a friend did on a larger container turned out just thinner) baking paper and spread half of the dough. Then gently over the dough to spread the filling. Pour the remaining batter on top.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 150 degrees.
