Most importantly - do not roll out the dough.
Thawed puff pastry cut into strips with a width of approximately 7 millimeters. Can be more, but not less - otherwise the strips will fall apart. Their length define themselves - personally, I cut it in half.
Grate cheese and garlic on a large grater. For more flavor I added garlic salt and a versatile seasoning. Also add turmeric for color. However, spices can be any of Your taste. All this stir and put on a flat plate, so that in future it would be convenient to roll the dough.
Beat eggs until smooth. You can also add a little garlic salt.
Dip them in grated cheese, simultaneously twisting spiral.
The oven pre-heat. If the pan has no Teflon coating, cover it with baking paper and grease it with a little oil.
Sticks laid on a baking sheet and if you have the cheese, evenly sprinkle them our future starter.
Torment sticks in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
