Step by step instruction of cooking Moldovan Deputy (Zalman)
In the first place in a saucepan put the meat cooks.
While cooking, prepare the vegetables, wash, peel, cut into cubes (or whatever You prefer).
1 egg and 0.5 Cup of flour and a pinch of salt knead the dough for homemade noodles. Roll out very thinly and leave to dry a little.
Finely slice strips and a little reserve.
Then we cut very finely.
When the meat is almost ready, add chopped vegetables.
When the vegetables are ready (in any case not before otherwise it will solidify), add the sour kvass. Brew need to add a little to very sour turned Deputy, but that You yourself try, to your taste. I love sour, I can drink only kvass with childhood, love. Give a little to simmer and add noodles. Season with salt to taste.
