Almost three years ago I signed up for the Boy, to this date want to time well, unreal delicious pie, a delightful combination of coffee flavor with blueberries, is an explosion of taste! - Flour - 260 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Brown sugar - 160 g
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Cream cheese - 100 g
- Coffee natural

First thing to brew a strong coffee and cool, can be brewed and instant coffee.

Mix soft butter with brown sugar, chilled coffee, stir well.
Add the sifted flour with the baking powder, knead the dough. It turns out soft, elastic, pleasant to work the dough.

and stir well.

On top of the blueberries evenly pour the filling and put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 40 minutes.
The finished cake to cool in the form and put into the fridge overnight, in the morning to release from the mold and you are ready for tea. Sooooo delicious!
