The hundredth issue, I decided to make very difficult, for me personally, dish - French pasta. Several times I had to throw the dough in the trash because the dough did not work. In my opinion pasta is the top pastry skills (I'm not bragging), make them difficult, but possible. Do as I say and you will succeed!
