Ingredients for Sauce with chanterelles
- Mushrooms - 600 g
- Water - 400 ml
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Corn starch - 2 tsp.
- Seasoning - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Bay leaf - 2 PCs
- Black pepper - 8 PCs
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Milk - 100 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Sauce with chanterelles
Small chanterelle, washed well with running water through a colander and put in a saucepan.
Poured in mushrooms 300 ml of water and 100 ml of milk. There also finely cut onions and carrots. Brought to a boil.
Spread starch in 100 ml of water and, while stirring, poured a trickle into the pan with the sauce.
The sauce has thickened. Added carefully to it sour cream, Rollton, Bay leaf, pepper and salt. Left to simmer until cooked.
