Cake with white chocolate and nuts

24 th my girlfriend in the Ukraine birthday. She loves baking all sorts of Goodies, so I bought her a gift book. Well, a boy drops a book with recipes, anything from it is not preparing? So I could not resist and, of course, prepared. It turned out very delicious cake. A variation of the classic recipe in which nuts and chocolate stacked into a thick, syrupy filling. Ingredients for Cake with white chocolate and nuts
- Flour - 1.25 stack.
- Sugar - 5 tbsp
- Butter - 150 g
- Milk - 1 tbsp
- Corn syrup - 0.5 stack.
- Brown sugar - 3 tbsp.
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Nuts - 0.5 stack.
- White chocolate - 100 g
- Seeds - 0.5 stack.
- Powdered sugar
Step by step instruction of cooking Cake with white chocolate and nuts
Our ingredients are.
Knead the dough. To do this mix flour and sugar. Add finely sliced oil and rubs the ground with your fingers until crumbs. Add the milk and knead the dough. Put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
On a floured table roll out the dough and put in the form, making bumpers. Prick with a fork.
Put the foil and pour the goods. (I used rice.) Bake in the oven at 190*C for 15 min.
To prepare the filling, gently melt the corn syrup, butter and sugar. (If You use honey or invert syrup, sugar not put. It will be very sweet.)
Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Eggs, lightly beat. Add to the syrup. There also put coarsely cut chocolate, nuts and seeds.
Remove the dough from the oven, remove foil with rice.
Spread chocolate-nut filling on the dough and bake for 30 - 35 min. until tender.
Allow to cool completely in the form.
Put the stencil (to cut paper) and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
