Marinate in any marinade (I had lemon sauce) for a couple of hours. From time to time to stir hearts with the marinade.

Mix the seasonings (cumin, paprika, curry, cinnamon, ginger, barberry).
Onions and garlic cut into large portions.

Since my marinade was quite tender, I also added in a tagine. However, if the marinade is too acidic or sweet, it is better not to add.
