Ingredients for Eggplant casserole
- Eggplant - 1 kg
- Tomato - 300 g
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Greens - 2 Puig.
- Milk - 180 ml
- Vegetable oil - 6 tbsp.
- Flour - 5 tbsp
- Salt
- Garlic - 5 a tooth.
- Sour cream - 400 g
- Chicken egg - 5 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Eggplant casserole

Eggplant wash, cut into cube about 1 x 1 cm and placed in a bowl of salted water for 15-20 minutes.
