Ingredients for Chicken with green pepper and vegetables
- Chicken breast - 600 g
- Pepper green - 0.5 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Butter - 20 g
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Carrots - 2 PCs
- The Apium graveolens Dulce - 2 PCs
- Dry white wine - 3 tbsp.
- Cream - 2 tbsp
- Bay leaf - 2 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken with green pepper and vegetables
Better to cook and chop food immediately, since the process goes very quickly.
Chicken fillet cut into pieces.
Garlic finely chop, peas green pepper razdelyaet.
Mix. Set aside.
Carrots cut into thin strips (I did it on the V-grater),
celery stalks cut into small cubes/slices (as you like)
The wine and cream mix.
In a pan heat the olive oil with butter,
add the chicken pieces and fry on strong fire from all sides.
It takes 5 minutes.
Add carrots and celery, stir.
Close the lid and fry for another 5 minutes.
Add the wine and cream, salt and pepper to taste, Bay leaf.
Cover with a lid and simmer for another 10 minutes.
