Dorado with color "noodles"

One of my favorite fish Dorado gives an incredible pleasure to your taste. Delicate, intense, and so nutritious. And in combination with color "noodles" this dish will be 100% useful.
Ingredients for Dorado with color "noodles"
- Fish - 1 piece
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes - 4 PCs
- Salt - 1 tbsp
- Seasoning - 10 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Dorado with color "noodles"

For this dish we need fresh fish. I love Dorado - few bones and great taste. We wash the fish, gutting, spread on a baking paper, sprinkle with coarse salt and spices and sent in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes.

While our fish was being prepared, let us garnish. Carrots we wash, peel and cut thin "noodles" with a knife for cleaning of vegetables.

Do the same with courgette.

Put on the stove a pot of water, bring it to boil and send our zucchini for 3 minutes in hot water.

Tomatoes wash, drip olive oil and send in the oven for fish as long as the skins will not crack.

On a plate lay a fresh "noodles" with carrot and zucchini warm. Sprig of cherry out of the oven.

We obtain our fish from the oven and spread the vegetables. Here is a simple but not banal lunch or dinner ready! :)
