Step by step instruction of cooking Cous cous Italian style
For this dish we will need the couscous and vegetable or chicken broth. Couscous, prepare as indicated on package, using 1 Cup broth and water as the liquid.
Green peas, boil or cook in the microwave as directed on the package.
Couscous razryhlitel with a fork, add the dill, fresh lemon zest, salt and pepper to taste.
Add green peas and gently mix everything together.
Serve hot, sprinkled with cheese.
