Stuffing: cut in small cubes meat, bacon, and onions.
Add salt to taste, pepper and stir.
Knead dumpling dough, allow to settle.
From the dough roll out small thin juicy, put the stuffing and tighten the edges together.
The seam should be on top.
Cook for a couple of 30-40 min.
