I could describe the taste of this tart, but believe me, it is better to try once. From a simple set of products with minimum effort the result is something incredible! Products are simple, but the technology is a bit unusual - the filling is baked first, then frozen, and the dough is frozen before baking. All can be prepared in advance and even freeze for future use. So in case of unexpected guests, not too unexpected, of course... those that call on the phone and not immediately on the door :), you are in full combat readiness!
Ingredients for Eggplant tarte Tatin
- Sugar - 150 g
- Butter - 70 g
- Vanilla - 1 piece
- Cardamom - 2 PCs
- Lemon - 2 PCs
- Apple - 5 PCs
- Eggplant - 2 PCs
- Flour - 45 g
- Almonds - 50 g
- Brown sugar - 50 g
- Cocoa powder - 5 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Eggplant tarte Tatin
Eggplant wrap in foil, bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Clean, cut into slices. Apples cleaned, remove core, cut in half.
