I suggest you try a very tasty and interesting dish, made with pasta and crab sticks. I must admit to you that children love it! It is also ideal as snacks. Help yourself!
Ingredients for Pasta-crab lollipops
- Butter - 3 tbsp.
- Flour - 2 stack.
- Milk - 1.5 stack.
- Cheese - 1 Cup.
- Crab sticks - 250 g
- Pasta - 250 g
- Chicken egg - 6 PCs
- Crumb bread
- Vegetable oil
- Mustard - 2 stack.
- Mayonnaise - 2 stack.
- Sauce - 1/4 Cup.
- Lemon juice - 1/4 Cup.
Step by step instruction of cooking Pasta-crab lollipops
First, prepare cheese sauce. To do this, melt the butter, add the flour and mix well. Add the milk and cook, stirring occasionally, over low heat until smooth, about 5 minutes. Then add cheese and mix well.
In a small saucepan, mix the pasta and cheese sauce and cook for about a minute on low heat.
Crab sticks cut into cubes
And add to the pasta. Mix well. Put the pasta with crab sticks in the fridge for about 2 hours, the mixture was cooled and become slightly firm.
With the help of a spoon for ice cream or a regular tablespoon to divide the mixture and form balls.
Each bead, first roll in flour, then dip in egg and lastly in breadcrumbs.
In a deep frying pan heat the vegetable oil to a boil, to a temperature of 350F (175 C). Oil should be enough to submerge the ball.
Each ball is dipped in oil for approximately 2 minutes. They become brownish. Be careful! The oil is VERY hot!
In each ball to insert the stick to make a Lollipop, and let cool slightly.
Now for the sauce. For this mix the mustard, mayonnaise, wostershire sauce, lemon juice and hot sauce (optional).
Serve warm with the sauce.
