My salad with crab sticks, probably, the Scullion will be the 1001-th! Like a salad is not found, so I decided to share. The salad is extremely easy to prepare. The taste is pleasant enough. At the same time light and hearty. If the salad is served in a "bowl" from the peel of the pomelo, it very well looks on a festive table. And, in my opinion, this salad is perfect for a romantic dinner.

Pomelo or cut in half, or cut off the top (like a cap).
I love the second option, although the first - half is better, ie easier to remove the pulp.

Chinese (or Beijing) cabbage, thinly slice.
Enough for the salad 1/2 head of cabbage, although it all depends on the size of head.
