- Flour - 300 g
- Butter - 150 g
- Water - 3 tbsp.
- Cream cheese - 800 g
- Blue cheese - 150 g
- Cream - 150 g
- Crab sticks - 400 g
- Thyme - 2 tbsp
- Basil - 2 tbsp
- Green onions - 2 tbsp
- Coriander - 2 tbsp
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Snack cheesecake with crab sticks
First I knead the dough of butter, flour, 3 tbsp water, a pinch of salt. put the dough in the fridge for 60 minutes (or, if you need faster, in the freezer, constantly checking how harden)
My greens (by the way, you can add herbs according to your taste, I suggest add rosemary, too strong taste, will score everything else) and finely cut, peel and thyme leaves.
Take out the dough from the refrigerator, unroll and adjust it according to form (shape, of course, with the split edges)
Clean crab sticks.
On the dough put 1/3 of the filling, then half of the crab sticks, then another 1/3 of the cheese mass and the remaining crab sticks. On top spread the remaining filling.
Put in a preheated to 150-160 degree oven. The top of the form is covered with foil, but loosely so that the steam came out. after 1 hour and 15 minutes turn off the oven and open its door., leaving the cheesecake to reach there for another hour.
Then removed from oven and cooled to room temperature. Then in the fridge overnight.
Before serving, take out, decorate.
